What Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you use our Services, we may collect Personal Information from you in the following ways:

  • Direct identifiers, We may collect information from you directly through your use of the Services, such as when you submit information via our online forms, sign up for a mailing list, or other direct interactions with us.

  • Through automated data collection technologies. We may collect your information using automated data collection technologies as described in the “Cookies and Other Data Collection Technologies” section below. For example, we may collect the IP (Internet protocol) address of the device you use to access our Sites and other browsing information, such as page requests, browser type, operating system, and average time spent on our Sites.

  • Maintain the Security of the Sites. To maintain the security and integrity of the Sites, detect security incidents, protect the Sites against fraudulent and illegal activity, and enforce our terms of use.

  • Improve the Sites and our Service offerings. To better understand your preferences and interests so we can improve and expand our Services, tailor our marketing, and better serve you and our other customers.

  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to legal proceedings. To comply with our legal obligations, including maintaining records of our compliance with federal and state law requirements. We may also use  our Personal Information to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

We may also use your information for other purposes consistent with the context of the collection of your Personal Information, as otherwise disclosed to you at the time your Personal Information is collected, or with your consent.

How We Share Your Information

We may share your Personal Information with the following types of third parties:

  • Amongst our corporate family. We may share your Personal Information with our current and future parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and other companies under common control and ownership for the purposes stated above.

  • Our service providers. We may share your Personal Information with service providers and vendors that perform tasks on our behalf, such as marketing and analytics activities and the operation and maintenance of the Sites for the purposes stated above.

  • Business partners. We may disclose your information to third parties that may use it for their own purposes, including companies that operate cookies and other advertising partners, marketing partners, social media companies, and other business partners.

  • Public and governmental authorities. We may share your Personal Information with entities that regulate or have jurisdiction over Advanced MedTech, such as regulatory authorities, law enforcement, public bodies, and judicial bodies. To: (1) comply with laws applicable to Advanced MedTech, a request from law enforcement, a request from a regulatory agency, or other legal process; (2) protect the legitimate rights, privacy, property, interests or safety of Advanced MedTech, our customers, business partners, personnel, or the general
    public; (3) pursue available remedies or limit damages; (4) enforce our agreements and policies; or (5) respond to an emergency.

  • Other third parties, as reasonably necessary. We may share your Personal Information to third parties (a) in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets; and (b) if Advanced MedTech or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.

  • To (1) comply with laws applicable to Advanced MedTech, a request from law enforcement, a request from a regulatory agency, or other legal process; (2) protect the legitimate rights, privacy, property, interests or safety of Advanced MedTech, our customers, business partners, personnel, or the general public; (3) pursue available remedies or limit damages; (4) enforce our agreements and policies; or (5) respond to an emergency.

Cookies and Other Data Collection Technologies

Our Sites use cookies. A “cookie” is a small text file that is placed on your computer or mobile device when you enter a website or a mobile app. It enables the website or mobile app to remember your actions and preferences over a period of time.   • Google Analytics and Google Ads. Google’s ability to use and share information it collects about your visits to the Sites is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.   • Facebook Ads.  Facebook’s ability to use and share information it collects about your visits to the Sites is restricted by Facebook’s Privacy Policy. To opt out of Facebook Ads, you can manage your Ad Choices.

Retention of Your Personal Information

As a general matter, we may keep your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. If a law requires us to retain your information for a longer period of time, we will comply with that law. We may also retain your Personal Information as necessary to protect our legal rights.  We will cease to
retain your Personal Information, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for which the personal data was collected, and is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.

Security of Your Information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure of your information in our custody and control. No data, on the Internet or otherwise, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, Advanced MedTech cannot and does not ensure or warrant the security of your information.

Do Not Track

Some web browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” or similar feature that signals to websites that a user does not want to have his or her online activity and behaviour tracked. We are committed to providing you with meaningful choices about the information collected through the Sites. However, like many websites, our Sites are not currently designed to recognize a “Do Not Track” signal from a web browser. As a result, Advanced MedTech and third parties may track your online activities, including over time and across different sites and apps.

Third-Party Links

The Sites may contain links to other websites that we do not own or control. If you visit another website, we encourage you to review that website’s privacy policy to understand how that website operator will treat your information. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to these other websites.

At times, it may be necessary for us to make changes to this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy and any of our policies or procedures concerning the treatment of information.
