What Personal Information We Collect

How We Share Your Information

  • Other third parties, as reasonably necessary. We may share your Personal Information to third parties (a) in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets; and (b) if Advanced MedTech or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.

Cookies and Other Data Collection Technologies

Our Sites use cookies. Retention of Your Personal Information

As a general matter, we may keep your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. We may also retain your Personal Information as necessary to protect our legal rights.  We will cease to
retain your Personal Information, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for which the personal data was collected, and is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure of your information in our custody and control. No data, on the Internet or otherwise, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, Advanced MedTech cannot and does not ensure or warrant the security of your information.

Do Not Track

Some web browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” or similar feature that signals to websites that a user does not want to have his or her online activity and behaviour tracked. We are committed to providing you with meaningful choices about the information collected through the Sites. However, like many websites, our Sites are not currently designed to recognize a “Do Not Track” signal from a web browser. As a result, Advanced MedTech and third parties may track your online activities, including over time and across different sites and apps.

Third-Party Links

The Sites may contain links to other websites that we do not own or control. If you visit another website, we encourage you to review that website’s privacy policy to understand how that website operator will treat your information. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to these other websites.
