About Us
Advanced MedTech Holdings (AMTH) is one of the world’s first fully integrated urology company, committed to transforming urological care through precision, innovation, and impact.
It started its journey when Singapore Technologies, which is a wholly owned subsidiary by Temasek, acquired Dornier MedTech in 1996. Following that acquisition, in 2014, together with Dornier MedTech – the assets, which includes AMT Pte. Ltd. (a strategic contract manufacturing partner), were grouped under Accuron MedTech Group.
In 2017, Accuron MedTech acquired NextMed, a lithotripsy provider for urologists in the United States. This was followed by the acquisition of Northern Litho in 2020, another similar provider in the United States. These two investments add clinical urological services into the overall offering for the AMTH group.
By 2019, Accuron Medtech spun out from Accuron Technologies Limited and rebranded as Advanced MedTech. In 2022, AMTH acquired Wikkon, China’s market leader in urology and shock wave therapy devices. This marks a strong entry into China and a greater expansion opportunity globally, leveraging on the Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) leadership of Wikkon.
Today, AMTH Group of Companies consists of Dornier MedTech, Wikkon, Northern Litho, NextMed and AMT Pte. Ltd.
